Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment received.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping within Australia
We use Australia Post as our delivery carrier at Matcha Diary.
- Standard shipping ($10): 3-7 Business days
- Express shipping ($15): 1-3 Business days
Enjoy free standard shipping within Australia for any orders above $100.
International Shipping
We currently only accept orders to New Zealand and some Asia countries only.
New Zealand: Flat rate of $15 each order.
Asia countries (including Hong Kong, Macao, China, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, India, Indonesia and Vietnam): Flat rate of $25 each order
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Delivery Issues
Once your order has been shipped, Matcha Diary is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or other factors outside of our control.
